Version 1.0.0 - Meditation, Alchemy and roof fades
Las notas del parche se escriben solo en inglés: es el mismo texto que el juego muestra en todos los idiomas.
Helbreath Evolution now carries a version number. You can read it in the bottom left corner while you play, and from now on every note tells you which version it belongs to, so you always know whether the patch you are reading is already installed.
New
- Magic shops opened at the Aresden and Elvine farms. You no longer have to walk back to town to restock spells.
- The Login screen has a lit torch, a single background shared with Create Account, and clearer contrast on the character slots.
Changed
- Meditation is now a support spell. Cast on an ally it restores 30% of maximum MP, cast on yourself 25%, and the cost is always charged. On a companion it is a strong heal; on yourself it is a trickle, and it still leaves you ahead even with no mana save gear.
- Alchemy works again. Monsters drop the body parts they are supposed to drop, so the recipes that need them are usable.
Improved
- The item preview box now grows with the sprite. Large weapons no longer spill out of their frame when you hover them.
- The bag options popup fades out and lets your clicks through while you are placing the loot drop point, so you can see and reach the tile underneath it.
- Entering a map no longer flashes black squares. The ground around you is loaded before the map is drawn, and the ground you are about to walk into is loaded while you play.
Fixed
- The Void Staff description was wrong. It does not ignore magic resistance: it ignores 40% of the target's magic and elemental absorption. The stat itself never changed, only the text that described it.
- Buildings only fade out when they are actually covering your character. Standing on a tile next to a house no longer makes its roof vanish, roofs now fade as a whole instead of in patches, and props stopped triggering the fade on their own.
- Houses no longer show the grass through their walls.
- An old high definition sprite left over on your disk could cover the correct one.
- The Super Attack orb had transparent holes punched into it and is solid again.
- The warehouse and counter NPCs face the aisle you walk in from, instead of turning their back on you or changing orientation every time the server restarts.
