Update 1.44.0
Listy zmian są pisane tylko po angielsku — gra pokazuje ten sam tekst we wszystkich językach.
The official server is open and the world already has its first grudges. This patch gives them somewhere to go: summoners can now point their creatures at a name, the website keeps score where everyone can see it, and players in Asia get a shorter road to the server.
You must update your client to log in. Close the game and the launcher, then reopen the launcher and press PLAY. On Steam the update is automatic.
New
Sic 'em. Type /tgt followed by an enemy's name and every creature you have summoned walks across the map to find them and attack. It works on players of the opposing town who are on your map. Type /tgt alone to call your creatures back to your side.
An Asia route. Press F12, open the new Network tab and set Route to Asia. It applies on your next login. In our tests, players on China Telecom and China Unicom reach the server at around 200 ms with no packet loss, and should no longer need an accelerator. On China Mobile the result varies by region: try both routes, compare the Avg Ping shown in that same tab, and keep your accelerator on Direct if Asia does not come out ahead. If the Asia route cannot be reached, the game switches to Direct by itself and tells you. Players outside Asia should stay on Direct.
The Rankings go public. The Rankings page on helbreathevolution.com now shows the highest-level characters, the top enemy killers, the latest kills between the nations and the biggest monster hunters. Bragging rights now come with a link.
Changed
- Lightning Bolt now deals half its previous damage: 2d5+9 on the direct hit (was 4d5+18) and 2d5+15 on each line and area hit (was 4d5+30).
- Summoned creatures now see invisible enemies, so /tgt can hunt down a hidden player.
- Common shields, from the Wood Shield to the Tower Shield, drop far more often: about one for every five weapons from the same monster. Direboars now drop Iron, Lagi and Kite Shields.
- Change City now converts your Hero pieces to your new town's version, whether they are equipped, in your bag or in the bank, keeping every enchant and stat.
- Each Hero piece can be owned only once per character. The City Hall no longer sells you one you already have in your bag or bank.
- Change City is refused, without charging, while you are dead, inside an arena, bound to a map or during a war event. Changing city removes you from your party.
- Earth Shock Wave, Earthworm Strike, Staminar Drain and Armor Break no longer drain the stamina or wear down the armor of your party members.
- Potion hotkeys drink your smallest potions first and save the bigger ones for last.
- Each Shared Bank page holds 10 items; extra deposits go to the next page with room.
- Press # or Backspace on an empty chat line to drop to Local chat. Whisper and Party conversations come back on your next Enter.
- Magic Shop pages are labeled by circle, I to X, like your spell book.
Fixed
- Monsters spawning inside walls and ceilings in dungeons.
- Monsters appearing on the tile you were running into: pits now prefer a spot at least 3 tiles away from any player.
- A Shared Bank page that could not be opened after storing more than 10 items on it.
- Enchanting Endurance now raises the item's maximum right away, so a repair restores the new maximum.
- Enchanting a stat plays the success sound on every step, not only on a full level.
- Minor Berserk shows its ground circle and plays its full cast sound.
- Capes layer correctly over and under robes in every stance and direction, and the character sheet matches the world.
- The Aresden and Elvine Hero Capes follow the body during two-handed attacks on male characters.
- Swords, axes and hammers sit properly in your character's hand.
- Women's Plate Leggings fit properly and no longer show skin through the armor.
- Hauberks, Chain Mails, Ring Mails, Shirts and Robes share a consistent icon size in the bag.
- A declined Cash Shop payment now says clearly, in your language, that you were not charged.
- The launcher's Recent EK's list colors each name by its own nation, and the time no longer wraps.
