Update 1.27.0

As notas de atualização são escritas apenas em inglês: é o mesmo texto que o jogo mostra em todos os idiomas.

The world reacts to more than your clicks now. Spells cast real light at night, object shadows fall with volume as the sun moves across the sky, and every sound in the game — footsteps, spell impacts, monster growls, items hitting the floor — comes from a real position around you instead of a flat stereo channel. On top of that: a stack of item-pickup and warehouse fixes, and a handful of visual bugs closed out.

New

  • Spells and objects cast real light at night. Fire, ice, lightning and the rest each light the world with their own color and behavior, and that light is blocked by walls and terrain the way it should be. Object shadows now have volume, and the sun sweeps east to west through the day.
  • Sound now comes from where it happens. Footsteps, monster sounds, items hitting the floor, spell impacts and NPC voices are positioned in the world around you instead of playing the same in both ears regardless of distance or direction.
  • Every item now has its own wiki page listing which monsters drop it and how often.
  • Patch notes are now published on the website, in all five languages.
  • Links shared on Discord and X now show a proper large preview card.

Improved

  • Items stored in the guild warehouse no longer lose their enchantments when the server restarts.
  • Warehouse rows keep their stacked count after relogging, and identical items now merge into the same box no matter which one you deposit from.
  • The warrior dash now connects from any half-tile position, and reaches targets that are one tile off the perfect line.
  • Linear spells — Fury of Thor, Blizzard, Earth Shock Wave — leave from your body instead of the corner of your tile, deal their full damage no matter where you clicked, and can no longer hit the caster who cast them.
  • Meteor Blast keeps its original meteors; the explosion itself now covers the whole blast area.
  • Guardian Angel's ward now forms around your ally instead of popping into place.
  • A monster's corpse now stays where the body fell, and both its body parts and any item it drops land under it, wherever you end up picking them up from.
  • Wiki links no longer bounce through a redirect, and duplicate map pages are gone.
  • Fixed the Discord invite links across the site, the launcher and email — they had expired.
  • The before/after slider now shows the lava pit of the Tower of Hell.

Fixed

  • Clicking a floor item now walks your character onto it and picks it up, even with large floor icons that spill over neighbouring tiles.
  • Holding the mouse button to run no longer picks up items your cursor happens to sweep over along the way.
  • You can now pick an item up by holding the mouse button, dragging the cursor onto it and releasing there — not just by clicking it directly.
  • Dungeon ceilings no longer break up into black tiled squares — the rock above you now reads as one continuous mass, with the artist's original edges and corners back in place.
  • Monsters now respect Absolute Protection from Magic — they close in to melee instead of wasting spells on you.
  • Monsters no longer freeze in place when hit rapidly — only real stun abilities like Earthshatter stop them now.
  • Monsters now perform their dash with the same motion as players, instead of sliding in from too far back.
  • Fixed two item names: the Liche necklace no longer runs its words together, and the six Berserk/Kloness/Resurrection wands now spell their mana save as (MS20)/(MS10), like every other item.
  • Mobs and players no longer stand with half their body inside a wall, and melee reach against a knocked-back monster is no longer skewed by direction.
  • The thread of light that Martyr ties between two players no longer flickers or pulses — it now burns steadily, even while both of you are running.
  • The online player counter now updates on every page, not just the home.
  • Fixed collision on lava and a handful of small terrain tiles across several maps.
  • The Bane weapon now shows its correct artwork instead of a placeholder icon.
